Sensible and boring Whatcar style advice? BMW and Merc? Maybe throw in an Audi A6 and that would be hilarious. Is this even Jalopnik at all?

The BMW and Mercedes were pretty much the same price after configuring them the way I wanted. The Maserati was the only one that didn’t make me want to fall asleep driving it though. The others felt like I might as well have been driving a Camry.

And the ghibli is about 100X cooler and makes you feel alive. It’s so much better than an e class or F10 bmw it’s not even funny...

Base 1.6 inline 4: 92 horsepower.

I’m surprised the Nissan Juke didn’t make it with nearly 500 hp between base and top trim. Granted top trim is a limited production model but it was still produced and sold so it should count.

I like Tesla... but at $70,000 I just can’t give up the gasoline addiction

I agree with that to an extent that an impractical car in a snow belt state makes a lot of sense, but also makes a more practical car that is preceived as an unsuitable “year around daily driver” even more appealing. Growing up in Michigan and also living in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana the “summer car” ritual is

Most people don’t daily a Maserati/exotics outside of the uber rich, if you can budget in the slightest paying for maintenance on an exotic is not that bad. Like you said a project manager with 2 kids hardly has 30 minutes of free time, let alone a weekend to do cruising. I live in the north east and my Viper is

There are loads of “game journalism” sites out there too afraid to piss off big publisher PR teams. If you want that kind of service, places that offer it are a dime a dozen.

Clearly, this guy is not a stable man

I don’t know about that. I actually quite like them. Adds a familiar flavour to the soup.

This isn’t ridiculous at all. Beats having to go to the trunk to get it in a downpour, and like most things VAG, it bled down into the lesser brands.

Puddle lights are fine and I welcome them. Now having a puddle light shine the emblem on the ground, that’s a different story

Disagreed yesterday and disagree today. This is amazing. You don’t want your wet umbrella inside the passenger compartment. In a Rolls you also don’t want it in the trunk which is likely carpeted nicer than most living rooms.

I don’t think this is ridiculous at all, especially on a Rolls-Royce. It’s very clever.

Who the hell at GM decided that using the reverse lights as approach lamps was a good idea?

Ronda was just a product of a young sport with a very mediocre talent pool. All it took was one decent opponent and she crumbled...hard.

Yeah but the greats aren’t dominated like that in their prime. Even an old Ali never got laid out like Rousey. Losing is fine, getting your ass handed to you by someone you were supposed to beat is completely different. Hell even Mike Tyson knocked Douglass down before he himself was knocked out. He was at least

she’s badass and will historically be remembered as a trailblazer, but 15-25 years from now people will look back at those fights and laugh at how bad her opponents were, and how flawed she was

Oh come on. This isn’t even a new bandwagon. People have been saying for a while now that Ronda just needed to get into one half-decent match up and she would get annihilated. She finally got a match up with a decent fighter. Ronda has been winning majority of her matches just by outclassing the people she was
