Something weird happened today, with all the news about the new GT it seems odd that when I went to the shop today there was a wrecked GT getting worked on. Consider we hardly ever get a GT in it seemed like weird timing.

No there is a GTE VVTi as well. Its been debated back and forth on supraforums if there is an advantage of going GTE vs GE bottom end. When I had my SC300 I did a complete GTE swap just because it was easier but the factory GE bottom end is just as strong as a GTE in my opinion.
