I will never understand why stuff like this is celebrated. Someone being a dick on the internet is not news worthy. Why not share an inspirational tweet instead? Why not do an article about all the tweets giving support to the family of the deceased? It just goes to show people love an excuse to be a dick to a

If there is demand and these cars are making them money, why would they put a limit on them? This is not some super expensive car that a limited run would increase their value and brand image, you have the Viper for that! This is a Charger/Challenger with a big ass motor stuck under the hood, sell as many of these

I have not been in one that was driven hard so I cannot comment there, but as for a a daily driver I think it would be fine depending on where you live and conditions of those roads, Paris Hilton drives her LFA a lot lol. That's not to say the SLS or 599 are not more comfortable but its not a huge difference. It is

To each their own, but I think you are a bit off on the 599. Personally, I would not pick a 4,000+ lb car that is known for brake fade as a track focused head turner. I also very much disagree that the SLS would not compete. The LFA I rode in was not just this track focused vehicle you make it out to be, I don't know

Ferrari is trying to put off any type of forced induction as long as they can. The draw of the high strung V12 is the sound. Adding any type of forced induction is going to lower the redline and affect the sound. Hybrid does was a supercharger would do but does not affect the glorious n/a 12.

Probably, until the technology gets to the point that huge batteries are not much of an impact on weight/performance.

They might eventually as it becomes more cost effective.

That is probably the real reason.

I very much agree with your first point but the second might have gotten lost in translation as they say. Ferrari should have no problem managing the heat from a twin turbo V12, if they wanted.

He wanted out?

I'm curious how you define compete? Are you just going off of price alone? You say the 599 does not compete because its a luxury cruiser yet you site the 4,000+ lb mid-engined Aventador as a competitor? Well most auto publications such as C&D and EVO seem to think the 599 competes so I would have to agree more with

I would be curious to know the real decision made behind the scenes of this incident. Both Clarkson and Tymon seem to have the attitude that this could have been worked out between them. Tymon didn't report it and wants to get back to work and didn't seem to be clamoring for Clarkson to get fired or bringing a lawsuit

You should check out this article if you don't think it performs near its cost. It was about the same price as the Ferrari 599GTB HGTE and outperformed it, pretty damn good for Lexus's first supercar. Was a Turbo S or a 458 faster in the 1/4? Yeah, but not by much (.7 seconds). The LFA made up for that in handling and

Neutral: I just think the other cars in the Malibu's class look better. The Camry and Accord sell on reliability and a strong customer base, the Fusion, Altima and 200 all have relatively exciting styling. The Malibu just looks like they took an "old GM", pre-bankruptcy design and hooked it to an air pump. While it

That is awesome to see, I have a couple family members who work at DOW.

Beat me to it!

If you work your ass off and lose a good friend making the 7th movie in a series about fucking cars that grew into this huge thing that no one thought it would........fuck'in a right you think it deserves an Oscar.

Not saying you are wrong, but personally I disagree. I'm sure the M division can massage the i8 to make a good M car, it would be the same as them upgrading the 3 series to make the M3. With the typical M upgrades like more powerful/responsive engine, improved handling/suspension/braking/tires and re-calibrated

I think they should. More companies need to start experimenting with eco-cars that then get an enthusiasts package and the i8 has the formula that would be a great eco car that would make a great track car.

Who is saying the victim should be fired, ignore the situation, or move to a less desirable position? Find work? He is keeping his job, well until the show goes under or gets pulled. There is still a chance of him filing a lawsuit, Clarkson keeping is job has nothing to do with it. How is he going to find work? Well
