2016 Yukon Denali.
...also LS-powered miata.
Test fit was very promising. Tyres on monday hopefully!
New wheels arrived yesterday!
I went on the internet and found this.
You might think that from this angle this truck was going round a corner. I spotted the different colour bed and thought initially it was swapped for rust reasons. Then I realised it was the lesser-spotted Toyota crab (crustaceus pickupus).
Off to Toronto this weekend for a good old fashioned knees-up!
That I have already tried to get my airbag inflator replaced, but “parts are not available at this time” (tried multiple dealers).
So a previous owner of the ‘stang chose to fit a Spectre intake to the thing, no problem, but judging by the condition of the filter it was a few years ago, and much of the rubber around the filter neck had perished - so I replaced it at the first chance I got.
Yay car parts!
Inspired by the Practical Enthusiast’s post about his new Ninja, I sat down and made a list of all the issues I’ve discovered about my also new-to-me green toy.
With the Camaro gone, I finally found a Mustang GT that I liked - picked it up yesterday! She has 91,000 miles on her and is bone stock save for a Hurst shifter. I was indifferent about the colour initially but it’s really growing on me, especially in the evening sun:
Craigslist is a fickle beast. After months of failing to sell the Camaro and taking it down for a few weeks, I relisted it, with fresh pics and $500 off and it went in under 12 hours. Spring weather opens up peoples wallets I guess!
Big enough for ol’ Jack.
Does your cat ride shotgun wearing a hat?
Just got back from a short trip to visit family and friends in England. Here’s the eclectic mix of things I got to take for a spin during the trip.
Not a bad haul if I say so myself. I’m heading back home for a couple of weeks and these will make great gifts for car fwends!
As soon as I saw the logo I knew this had to be done.
Cabana’s BRG Revival ND Roadster, from the Tokyo Auto Salon.
Excuse the potato quality pictures! I know it was released back in Novemeber for SEMA, but it is very pretty in the flesh.
