At least it appeared as legendary for you. It had the legendary icon for me when it was lying on the table, but in my inventory it was downgraded to rare/iconic. Second time that’s happened to me. It’s damage was also much less than any of the guns I currently have equipped.

I agree that Fortnite’s goals with its Apple battle are, at their heart, self-serving. But how is it better for Apple - a single corporation - to make all the money than for the thousands of iOS developers to get their proportional bite of the apple (pun intended)?

If this isn’t something like an open world KOTOR follow-up, I am going to freak out.

Look, I don’t like him either, and all of the criticisms you just mentioned are valid.

A corporation’s value is supposed to be the present value of all future cash flows. Tesla’s EPS is off the charts compared to any other automaker. Its based on hopes and dreams, and people’s faith in evil genius, Elon Musk. Ergo, stock price is ostensibly related to profit, but in Tesla’s case it’s based more on

An increase in a stock price and profit are completely different things. Ostensibly related, but in Tesla’s case, not related at all.

First of all, calm down.

That makes sense, my bro has a 2080 Super and i9 9900k and he can do ok with RT on but he leaves it off because he also streams so he needs some GPU bandwidth for that.

OK.

What GPU do you have, and what’s your average FPS? My 2060 Super can only maintain about 40 fps on RT Medium, so I go Ultra with RT off. I am CPU-limited though, it seems, because my i5 10400 frequently hits 100% playing Cyberpunk, where as most other games it tops out at about 70%.

I have an i5 10400, 16GB of RAM, and an RTX 2060 Super. I average 75 fps on Ultra settings, RT off. I get the occasional glitch (namely the motorcycle t-pose), and the frame rate drops to like 30-40 if I drive fast through crowded parts of town, but otherwise it runs great.

I loved the post, Ash! Good work.

I smell a bummer.

Is it the Apple part or the $550 part that triggers all you audio snobs?

I am 100% with you. Traded my XS for a 12 Pro, and while I love it, it’s insane that Apple sticks with Lightning while even its other devices have gone USB-C.

So go read a Sound Guys review; this isn’t a site for hardcore audiophiles,  it’s one for general consumers. I get what you mean, but 98% of people reading this review will get no value out of comparing AirPods Max to a $1k pair of B&W or Sennheiser cans; they will get value out of comparing them to the Bose and Sony

Did you read the review? She never said crisp highs or deep lows. She described the audio as “sparkling,” which is obviously not a specifically defined term, but to me exactly describes how truly great audio reproduction sounds.

First of all, Remy is adorable.

Is there no sidetone feature? That would be a deal breaker for me with a closed back design, especially at the $150 price point. I’ve got the Cloud Flight S wireless set, that cost me $10 more, and it has sidetone, though it’s all plastic which sucks.

Yes, separating Battle Pass XP from level progression XP is an obvious money grab, and it pisses me off. But I still play because it’s on the only MP game any of my damn friends will play.
