I’ve always been surprised that they don’t bring at least some of these flavors over stateside for a trial run. Give us a chance to prove how much we love sugar!

Excellent. Perfection.
Well, you might argue that shoving garlic of your vagina IS evidence of being past the Twilight phase. Begone, horny vampires!
One of the few reboots of a beloved (that’s right, beloved!!!) series that I’m not mad about.
I hate being an adult because I saw this and went “Oh boy!!!!” and bought the Animal and this is what brings me joy now.

I do hope hope that GRRM gives us some Night King POV--he’s a character that could be really interesting if anyone just got inside his head. I know his level of narration/thought would probably be fairly shallow considering that his only drive is to kill all humans, but literally learning anything else about him at…
Absolutely agree—Bran doesn’t give a fuck about Jaime pushing him out a window now. After all, he needed that to happen in order to become the Three Eyed Raven. (It’s destiny or fate or whatever yadda yadda yadda.) But Bran’s siblings, on the other hand...
I don’t think Beric and crew will be stuck—the trailer for the next episode shows them at Winterfell telling Jon about the army coming.
That bit was meant to mimic Arya from the first episode, not Bran. (Source: the showrunners in the after-the-episode clip.)
Jon let go of his Night's Watch vows when he died, since he literally kept the vows until death the way he was supposed to. It's why he left the Wall at all and accepted a title of King in the North.
His publisher and agent must be so pleased.
I really hate those things. You stand there like an idiot touching one thing over and over and over because it’s not registering you selection. Meanwhile people are gathering behind you, watching you fail to use a basic piece of technology. No thanks. Other times, these fancy touch-screen maps have ads as a kind of…
“Some envision a world where users could start watching a TV show at home, then with a voice command continue watching the same program in the car.”
So, just to confirm, having been denied for 1 or 2 credit cards in less than two years will NOT negatively ding your credit score?
Guys that’s....not the point of the article. It’s a witty line meant to point out how contradictory Elizabeth Moss’s work on this show is.
When I decide to not buy a phone at the Apple store, in order to save money, the Apple employee who was helping me doesn’t get paid less. If I decide to tip less at a restaurant, in order to save money, the restaurant employee who was helping me does get paid less. I am actively choosing to pay them less. Your snarky…
Huh it’s almost like the cost of living and education have grown out of proportion to wages or something
Mine were bookmarks, artsy clothing tags, and uh, Starburst wrappers. The first two I get (small pieces of art!) but to this day I don’t get the wrapper thing. Maybe I liked the crinkles?
A lot of people may agree with you, but just as many will disagree and say that they don’t appreciate higher prices. Restaurants who have felt the impact of declining diner numbers because of higher prices per food item would say the same.
Unfortunately your point about the drivers doesn’t really track. Neither service screens for personality, and many if not most drivers work for both companies. Your pool of data (two rides) isn’t nearly big enough to generalize about an entire company.
