I see it more as “projection”. If you really listen to these people, they are the biggest crybabies on the planet. And as part of their endless temper tantrum, they elected the king of snowflakes to the presidency.

But dude, his dad died. Everyone knows that if your dad dies, you’re allowed to kill ten random people whenever you’d like. Poor Aaron. He never even got the chance to get to ten :’(
Maybe, but that’s still counting on all of the Republican voters to converge around this candidate that they may not like for whatever reason. Too closely tied to an abomination of a president, not enough ties to an abomination of a president, apathy, exhausted from all the “winning”...and Ossoff doesn’t need 50% in…
LBJ would like to have a word with you.
Although the president himself doesn’t seem to have a real strong read on what just happened
This administration would have to continue it’s destruction in order for them to rmain awake and aware.
Poor guy. Only three World Series titles in the past 7 years. How do you manage to carry on each day?
With total Republican control of government, it sure as hell should have been easy. But, somehow you managed to even make that look difficult. It’s almost as if everything you touch turns to shit. You’re like the reverse King Midas.
Same thing as every weekend for the past four months or so - goofing around in Skyrim and being awful at Rocket League.
Because that solves the problem for, what, four days? Are those 17 teams supposed to host every game in the month of April?
Both those presidents also had very high approval ratings during those periods. Trump...not so much. If the Republicans see an opportunity to take him out without doing too much harm to themselves in 2018, they’ll do it. They don’t want to be tethered to someone who’s quickly shaping up to be the least popular…
Her campaign went badly because she’s not trusted by a large portion of the country, she wasn’t getting her message out effectively enough (literally every Clinton ad I saw in Michigan was a “we can’t trust Trump as president” ad, instead of talking about her ideas), and she’s really not good at campaigning. I don’t…
I’ll absolutely agree that his message resonates. I was just bristling at the suggestion that he’s a good explainer, rather than a guy who is very good at peddling bullshit to idiots.
This entire post is ridiculous. Even assuming that your assertion about her being the only candidate with ideas to combat climate change was true (hint: it’s not), that doesn’t mean she needs to run in 2020. Ideas are transferable, and anything great that HRC came up with (completely on her own, I’m sure - she doesn’t…
I’d say that being accurate is a necessary component of being good at explaining things. I could say, for example, that earthquakes are caused by God as punishment for homosexuality. It’s an explanation, I guess...and it’s simple...but it’s bullshit, and so I don’t deserve recognition as being good at explaining…
Disagree with you on one point. During her term as Secretary of State, she was very popular. Popular enough that there was a lot of talk that Obama should have/was going to replace Biden with Clinton on the 2012 ticket. But once she left the office and Republicans had a new target to put on the Clintons, they dragged…
“New blood” also got us Obama, who I think did a pretty good job for eight years. Same with Bill Clinton. It’s also worth noting that the Democrats have not successfully switched the White House from Republican to Democrat without “new blood” in arguably 125 years, when Grover Cleveland took the job back from Benjamin…
Hot take from me: ....Ocarina of Time is also kind of boring. I loved the game as a kid, but replaying it on 3DS twenty years later, it doesn’t hold up. At all.
Agreed. But maybe the next Democratic candidate shouldn’t say that out loud...
