Too right. Every teacher gets trained early on not to put their hands on students for any reason. There are only a few exceptions to this, and messing with a child’s hair “for reasons” isn’t one of them. Everyone who is complicit in this travesty needs to pay and be terminated. They knew this was dead ass wrong!
