Well, to be fair, apart from some specific angels (Gabriel, for example) the bible never explicitly states what angels look like, so them being rock monsters is not more far fetched, than say, little children with wings on their back...

Found a Gauss with “Instigating” on it. 2x Damage on enemies with full health. Combine that with the 3.5x Damage from a successful sneak attack and there’s pretty much nothing, the game can throw at you, that does not go down in a single shot...
It’s determined in the cell’s BuildableArea record. Every settlement has other x, y and z values for that, so how high you can build will depend on where you’re building. This video is on Spectacle Island, where the z value is pretty high (plus I hink it’s the biggest buildable zone in general).
