“which allows you to build a post-apocalyptic theme park”

Yes ,there are some people who just don’t care about bringing their work to consoles, but the majority of mods that were/are stolen were actively being ported by the original authors. They just did not want to release their mods in a possibly broken state (and some of those stolen mods have caused savegame corruption

Two, actually. Both Aramaki and Togusa were fully human (apart from the cyberbrains, obviously).

Well, to be fair, apart from some specific angels (Gabriel, for example) the bible never explicitly states what angels look like, so them being rock monsters is not more far fetched, than say, little children with wings on their back...

Yeah, it isn’t but “dissociative identity disorder” would be a little long for that particular minigame, wouldn’t it?

Well, no...

There were two I know of, but both were shut down, with one of the creators of the more popular one being sued by Take-Two Interactive.

*slow clap*

Still, even through simple retexturing, people are playing Fallout 4 less like a shooter and more like The Sims—which is pretty cool!

Wait, MTV plays music?

To be honest, base building in vanilla is pretty crappy, because of how limited it is. With mods we’re slowly getting there, but still...

Nope...

2030? I think you’re awfully optimistic there...

As if the game wasn’t easy enough as it is...

Yeah and, as always with Bethesda Games, there’s already a fan-made fix for that...

At least they offered more than “run down corridor A, then run down corridor B, repeat”, like most newer FPS.

Depends...

Found a Gauss with “Instigating” on it. 2x Damage on enemies with full health. Combine that with the 3.5x Damage from a successful sneak attack and there’s pretty much nothing, the game can throw at you, that does not go down in a single shot...

It’s determined in the cell’s BuildableArea record. Every settlement has other x, y and z values for that, so how high you can build will depend on where you’re building. This video is on Spectacle Island, where the z value is pretty high (plus I hink it’s the biggest buildable zone in general).
