Well, no...

There were two I know of, but both were shut down, with one of the creators of the more popular one being sued by Take-Two Interactive.

*slow clap*

Still, even through simple retexturing, people are playing Fallout 4 less like a shooter and more like The Sims—which is pretty cool!

Wait, MTV plays music?

To be honest, base building in vanilla is pretty crappy, because of how limited it is. With mods we’re slowly getting there, but still...

2030? I think you’re awfully optimistic there...

As if the game wasn’t easy enough as it is...

Yeah and, as always with Bethesda Games, there’s already a fan-made fix for that...

At least they offered more than “run down corridor A, then run down corridor B, repeat”, like most newer FPS.

Depends...

Found a Gauss with “Instigating” on it. 2x Damage on enemies with full health. Combine that with the 3.5x Damage from a successful sneak attack and there’s pretty much nothing, the game can throw at you, that does not go down in a single shot...

It’s determined in the cell’s BuildableArea record. Every settlement has other x, y and z values for that, so how high you can build will depend on where you’re building. This video is on Spectacle Island, where the z value is pretty high (plus I hink it’s the biggest buildable zone in general).

Quake 2 technically, since id Tech 3 was built upon id Tech 2 ;-)

So, by your logic all newer CoDs should look like crap, because they are running on a modified 16 year (18 if you’re pedantic) old engine...

I honestly don’t know, but I would guess no, for I’ve never seen any NPC take anything out of a container in my 90+ hours with the game.

Got two guards in Sanctuary wearing PA. Frames are too rare/expensive to deck out all 22 residents with PA (even though I would have enough parts laying around).

Sneak behind them and shoot the power core in VATS. It Will go critical, be ejected and explode. Afterwards the NPC will exit the frame and you can salvage it. It will count as stolen in most cases, though.

Yeah, and hearing English native speakers trying to sing German is kinda adorable...
