WTF are you talking about -- I was saying this seems fucked up that this is considered an acceptable racing strategy. Go fuck yourself.

Crossovers don’t have to get 54 mpg. The 54 mpg target isn’t even the target anymore because every year CAFE self-adjusts based on the mix of cars each company actually sold. This change pass passed back in 2007 under Bush and went into effect in 2011. The “new” rules are what allow companies like FCA, Ford, and GM to…
An excellent point - what an oversight!
Republicans have their shortcomings
You listen to Rush Limbaugh don't you.
The universe has a perverse habit of letting monstrous figures like Trump live to a ripe old age and die peacefully in their sleep.
That livery is the best F1 has had in years.
I don’t love the Alpha Tauri name, but this is easily my favorite of the 2020 liveries thus far. I love it.
The current president is an embarrassing shit stain with no common sense or decorum whatsoever. Every day I wake up and check my phone to see if he’s keeled over from a heart attack: combination of evil, karma, and 300lbs is bound to catch up with him. Fuck him with a roll of rusty barbed wire
None of this would be a problem for the Trump administration if not for federal law
Don’t feel too bad for him - he got played by Tom Hanks. Only the best of us get the Hanks treatment.
I honestly love Michael Collins, he’s been a hero of mine for years. I’m fascinated by the bravery it took to be the only human on the dark side of the moon, with no contact from anyone. While up there, he actually had to tell himself “ok, if things go wrong on the surface, I definitely won’t kill myself, though…
I’d say it was the fame
They were all test pilots...they got to see cool shit that other’s don’t get to see long before Apollo 11
I wonder if it was the fame that affected them, or the mind-warping, reality-altering, and almost incomprehensible experience of being the first creatures in the 4.5 billion years of life on earth, to set foot on another planetary body than their own.
Collins is a class act, I’ve always been impressed with his roll in the missions. random side note - i remember when i was 12 (30th anniversary year i would guess) I got one of those calls you used to get from actual telephone surveys and it was a single question: who was the third member of the Apollo 11 crew?
There was absolutely no way of knowing with certainty that the moon was actually devoid of life, beyond what we know about spores and encapsulation for *terran* life.
Something up there just waiting millions of years for a touch of fresh water? Thankfully no, but at the time completely unknown.
