I rewatched Episode 2 and Billy and Logan never interact with Maeve or Teddy. They see Clementine when she’s standing on the porch with some other woman. Then later Billy is in a room with Clementine but we never see the bar/lobby of the Mariposa so we deliberately are not shown who the madam is.
