Sorry, but I disagree. To produce sixteen episodes and only get halfway through the first novel is absurd. Why does there need to be a cliffhanger in order for viewers to return? If a show is good then those sorts of cheap tactics are not necessary.

It's possible that they'll push *that *(was trying not to explicitly spoil anything) to episode 8, but it seems weird to split it up. Also, there's 16 episodes in season one.

It depends in your cable provider. Most of them will give you access to all the episodes online and I expect expect via their respective On Demand systems as well. If you go to starzplay.com and click on log in you'll see a list of the cable providers that linked up for online viewing.
