No, I haven't tried that! Peanut butter is amazing because you can do so much with it - desserts, veggie and fruit dip, sauces and marinades... Lately I've been making peanut butter mochi for a good friend who has celiac disease.

The recipe is from The Cookie Dough Lover's Cookbook. There's a similar dough recipe here - same ingredients just slightly different measurements. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Eggs would have thickened the dough. The filling I made was very light and fluffy, closer to a mousse than typical cookie dough.
True, but my mother gave me a book called The Cookie Dough Lover's Cookbook and I was curious to try out one of eggless dough recipes. I couldn't decide on what to make so I asked my boyfriend to pick something and this is what he chose. I'm one of those people who usually can't follow a recipe without making changes…
I have dual Canadian/US citizenship so it sounds like I'm stuck with him no matter what. Fuuuuuuck.
Regardless of whether or not these new Oreos taste gross, I don't understand the general disdain in the comments section for cookie dough cookies. Last year I made chocolate chip cookie dough* sandwiches and they were delicious.
Exactly what I was thinking!
So many wide eyes. They must have had an insane Visine budget for this movie.
No problem - this thread has become rather lengthy!
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I posted a reply upthread with the median cost and a link to the source article. They got the median figure from another source which address the issue of who is surveyed.
I love the sound of knitting needles clicking. To me it's really soothing, like the sound of falling rain.
Aww thanks, and hugs right back at you. Your grandmother sounds like a lovely person! I'm sure I'll at least attempt to teach myself via online video one of these days. At least that way I can sniffle and cry in the comfort of my own home.
Confession Time: I don't know how to knit. It was something I had been looking forward to learning from my grandmother so we could spend some quality time together, but sadly she got very sick and passed away a few years ago. Every time I look into taking a class at a local yarn shop I get too emotional. One of these…
I heard about this on NPR! The slow tv format fascinates me, though admittedly I'm not sure I'd last several hours.
Er, I thought average and mean were the same thing? Regardless, I addressed this in several replies by providing the median cost.
Yup
Actually, art schools can be one of the best places to find a great photographer for less money. I majored in Photography and took on a number of event jobs while a student, so I have experience from the other side. There was a select group of amazing students who did weddings almost every weekend. I didn't have that…
I'm not sure what the average is, but apparently the gross median income was $51,017 in 2012 (source).
Please see my reply about the median cost of weddings.
Does competetive knitting exist? That would be sooo much easier to follow!
