Sadly this had happened to me once before, except as I was walking a pair of panties fell out the bottom of my pants leg. I've learned my lesson and now all my socks and underwear are secured in mesh bags before placing them in the washing machine.
I find bits of Special K cereal in my bra all the time. On a related note, while at work I once pulled the hood of my sweatshirt up onto my head and a pair of panties fell out. Luckily no one noticed (I think).
