A HS principal in our city is dealing with a) school back in session during a pandemic, b) a positive test result in the school and c) a teacher being arrested for sexual assault of former students. ALL IN ONE WEEK. I bet he’d give his left nut, and maybe both of them, to be dealing with this.

Conversely, at 17 you have a pretty good understanding of your parents relationship. Children aren’t stupid and you have a general idea of which parent is trash and which parent isn’t. Don’t discount that.

Before you can practice law in any state, you must pass that state's bar exam to demonstrate you have a proficient knowledge of the law. I propose that anyone who wishes to enforce the law must pass a similar exam to show they too are proficient in knowledge of the law. This won't solve everything but here's hoping…
