proof that Arrow is resurgent is that the show is getting back to its roots: strip mining concepts and characters from the 80s' Wolfman/Perez run of The New Teen Titans. Deathstroke, Hive and more (non-Titans) from that era in previous seasons, now Vigilante and possibly The Judas Contract this season.

The montage of Homer's activities really had me laughing non stop. They were some great gags and I was caught off guard at how much I enjoyed them.
I recall getting up to go 1 min into the credits and remarking to my friends who were lingering to see "more" that it wasn't a 'fucking Jackie Chan movie - there won't be bloopers."

The marketing WAS unique at the time and well executed but beyong the first few weeks you HAD to chide people thinking it was a real show. I teased many a friend with the remark,"you KNOW that theater wasn't going to be playing a snuff film."
The OST for this show is phenomenal and it was in full glory for the final half of the episode.

I'm not sure if Fsociety has a different face in China but the encounter on the elevator definitely echoed back to the colleague's conversation about her anxiety dreams. Dom may not dream but she does recognize the power of imagination and the foreboding it instills in the subconscious. A nice touch.
As a huge fan of the comic, this production was a huge disappointment for a property which should have been a cinch to adapt. It never got off the ground at F/X after multiple attempts and the result that made it to the public was almost as bad as that Fantastic Four movie that never saw the light of day.

Thing is, RT.com is just a summation of individual critics reviewed so its not like the site itself is trashing the movie, just reporting the feedback. Where I think a more valid point is why are we reading the reviews this far in advance? That seems like the influencer. Realistically, this was not going to be a movie…
