Seriously. The boiling + smashed roasting thing creates an amazing combo of creamy smooth insides and crispety crunchety outsides. Don't skimp on the olive oil or whatever you use.

I have not, but that's because I am both vegetarian and don't like seafood. But I'll bet for folks who eat lobster, it's delicious!

Not if you wait to add them until maybe the last 15 minutes or so (I mean, they're pretty much cooked already anyway, so you're mostly just warming them up). And if you are generous with the olive oil/butter/etc. I like that they get a little crunchy and chewy.

I bet it would go faster if you got one of those mandolin thingies. I keep meaning to invest in one.
