you guys, I think Jez needs a new policy where the only way you can comment is with a gif. I AM SERIOUS. Also, Lindy needs to post more gif parties because they are the best.
Ha, that totally describes me, except Rose isn't my favorite companion (that honor goes to Donna). I like both eras pretty equally, and I will say that I've converted a few people into fans by starting them with The Eleventh Hour—it's just a lovely, lovely episode in so many ways.
The handstrap-thing could easily by DIYed with a kid's belt (or ladies' belt, I guess) from the thrift store and some rivets. I once made a cute bracelet out of a vinyl kids belt that was red with pink polka dots.
I would totally wear that shirt. It's the first thing Rihanna-related that I've ever liked.
"All the girls at school talk about sex," a 14-year-old girl said. "They talk about what happens after sex. But they don't talk about what happens before sex."
The ladygays also love Bea Arthur. I just started watching Maude and now I love her EVEN MORE.
I was with you until 1.5 sentences in, and then you lost me—I have been known to joke about wanting giant vats of pesto to swim around in.
That made me tear up that it made you tear up! (I am a total sympathy-crier.)
This is the best kind of insanity.
Vanessa Williams or Megan Mullally would both be AMAZING. But yeah, pretty hard to imagine anyone other than Bernadette Peters in that role.
omg. best use of Twitter EVER.
GUNN IS BACK WOOHOO!!!
Oh totally: public defenders are important, and part of what happens when you make sure everyone has representation is that sometimes you have to represent a sleazoid jerkface. Which I'm all for (though I have a TERRIBLE poker face, so I couldn't do it myself). And I also think this guy could've made better choices…
I know he can't decline, but man does it seem like that public defender is going a bit above and beyond with those kinds of remarks to the press. Ugh.
Alright, alright. Good eye.
He will always be Ray Aibelli to me.
Right? I mean, you'd think in FUTURETIMES, we'd've learned more about productive and healthy live/work environments and then applied that knowledge.
