Camry:

You know... I always looked down on the “boring” 90s Toyota sedans. But a few months ago, right before the lockdowns started, I bought a 1995 Corolla 5 speed, dinged-up and needing a little work but good running, for $500. I’ve put another $300 or so in it in miscellaneous repairs, and absolutely fallen in love with

The Trans Am worked because it was a blue-collar car that a cop would pick as a fast sporty daily driver. That means there’s really two requirements, affordable and American, so one of the three American muscle cars. The Mustang seems overused, my vote would be a Challenger RT Scat Pack.

I guess you should ask PreparationHeche.

We all lie in the bed we make, but sometimes that bed is a road. And so instead we end up walking where we sleep. But if we don’t like where we are going, its time to have a different dream. For Ellen, its time for her to wake up, into a new dream, where she can lie down, and walk her own path.

Tetsuo as a small time jerk with a bad attitude and inferiority complex who goes insane upon gaining unlimited power has its equivalent in 2020 America, even without him turning into a disgusting orange blob.

Still from tickets, mate. Except now, the fellow handing them out won’t be kitted like they’re about to storm Osama Bin Laden’s bunker.

Bad doctors and bad lawyers get their licenses revoked.

Yup. Following on from Cohen and Chaiken in 1972

The thing I can’t stand about the contemporary direction of car design, especially SUV and truck design, is they always contain multiple cars within them

A lot of them act hard but hide behind their blue wall bullshit or the law, which is setup to protect them. They do what they do so brazenly because they know they only have to answer to their peers. What they fear about this situation isn’t criticism. Its the fear of being held accountable.

Don’t let the door hit you on the way out!

The NC750X is an excellent commuter, but they’re so incredibly dull. I’ve known more than one dedicated daily motorcyclist in southern California that went from interesting bikes, to an NC, to a Hyundai. All the NCs are really good for are long service intervals and that integrated trunk, and a car will beat a bike on

Damn straight--my SWAG is that the Bronco owner is out $700 for trans repairs--I’d still call that a small price for RX-7 Guy to pay since the Mazda may have been completely ruined if Bronco Guy didn’t swing into action.
