A few threads up argued this post is a pretty big spoiler... then you purposefully and unnecessarily drop the biggest spoiler of all right in the comments? Lol wtf dude?

“Gamergater asshats” had nothing to do with it.
I don’t know why people try to connect things to their favorite petty squabble, but it involved people on the internet.
If what I meant by that wasn’t clear, there are tons of loony people on the internet.

I’d be okay with another MGR, but MGS? Yeah, it’s done at this point.

Why would they have a 40+ year old man who does a character voice with no emotion be used to also voice a young man...Hayter is pretty overrated and I can’t see him being able to believeably voice a younger Snake

I’m not saying it is, just that given the current desire for the internet to rage over everything and the fact MGS V has already pissed off people for Quiet’s depiction (I’m at Mission 12 atm and I don’t get why she can’t use her soldier outfit or why the camera focuses on her breasts endlessly).

If it’s just Phoenix I’m playing as I’m in.

The Man Who Sold the Max

It was a good run

I think my favorite part was.............

I really wonder when (or if) Kojima will be able to address what happened with Konami. Or will he just move on to hopefully less dystopian pastures?

This is beautiful and terrible all at the same time.

I’ll pre-order what I want to pre-order.

IMO, the real strength of the MGS series is it’s wholehearted commitment to not giving a fuck about traditional storytelling components like narrative cohesion or “being comprehensible”. I like to think of them as Kojima’s waking dream-state.

Earlier titles or spinoffs like Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

Now playing

Cannot wait till tomorrow. Love Hideo Kojima. If this be his last one, at least it seems to be a good one. Here is Jom Sterling’s newest vid, it’s about Metal Gear

Deus Ex never had a huge open world. Even the very first game “only” had rather large hubs, which were split into several maps. There is just enough stuff to do there, but nothing overwhelming, and you never get lost.

X-Com, Mirror’s Edge, Deus Ex.

THANK YOU James Whitbrook!! I thought I was the only one that loves Dragon Age 2
