Aren't Baratheons descendants of the Targaryean line at some point in their history? I think I read that somewhere. Though I'm guessing the show would have brought that up at some point the last few episodes if it was going to make a difference in Shireen's ability to withstand fire.

Yeah, the guys in the last fight pit were like the farm of the farm leagues of fighting. If you're fighting infront of the queen and all those fans, you're the best of the best

I feel the same way. Seems like the Dany story will end for this season, and they'll pick it up in S6 (we'll all just assume everyone left in the fight pit made it out alive). Arya's story has been plodding a bit, so hopefully not much time is spent on her finally killing or letting Trant go. I really need to see the

The killing of Shireen kind of ruins the Northern story for me. There's no one left to root for. The Boltons are the worst, Stannis is now just as bad (especially with Davos not with him also), Brienne can't do anything her self, and Jon Snow is alone with everyone in black looking like they want to kill him.

Yeah, whats the point of learning to parry (is that the word?) and defend when you can shatter 99.9999999999% of the swords out there by just touching them

I thought it would be awkward if those guys joined the alliance. They're the Boltons of the Wildlings, expect we know already they're the Boltons of the wildlings, so we'd be expecting them to be doing Boltony things once they got south of the Wall

If the many faced god and his assassins can take out anyone, anywhere, all you need is someone to put King White Walker as a target, and Arya will get it done. After a bit of training. Hopefully Jon Snow put a bit of Valaryan Steel into Needle

Oooh I didn't even notice that, but this is an episode I'll definitely watch again

I asked something similar to this before. The Lord of Light, MF God & Old Gods (their magic is woven into the wall also, it's not just the ice) have shown their powers, however the Seven & Drowned God, not so much. I remember reading somewhere (maybe those Youtube clips of the history & lore of Game of Thrones from S1

Stannis doesn't have that large of an army, and much of it is sellswords. Word would reach Kings Landing long before Stannis would reach Moat Cailin, and by then the Freys (who run the riverlands now), Lannisters in Casterly Rock, all the Tyrell army (Stannis would take away their power since it's through a king that

The fact that Roose asked Ramsay to help him defeat Stannis scares me. That means one of Stannis' crew, if not Stannis himself will probably die horribly. You red witch, you better protect Davos and Shireen.

Yeah, Jaqen H'ghar says "The red god takes what is his, lovely girl, and only death may pay for life" to Arya in season 2. The red god is another name for R'hollar, which Melisandre believes in. Seems like they both worship the same god, just in different ways. Unless there's two gods named red god which would be odd

Boob's aside she has a super pretty face and a nice smile

I was a huge Russell fan, but he was a pretty lazy guy around camp for the most part. Tony seems to work pretty hard, or at least the edits show him working a lot. I'm sure that will help take some heat off him until he puts his foot in his mouth

I think I'm in love with her
