@bowei437: FYI, they put in millions of dollars into training for each pilot. Think about all the things required just to train a single fighter jet pilot: not to mention the pilot's pay, jet fuel, the jet itself, trainer jet, all the man power to keep the jets in working order, and all the other factors involved.
