My father was a very non-functional alcoholic who quit drinking thirty years ago. Just quit; no meetings or anything like that; after being not a great parent. I have no idea how that worked, but he’s been sober ever since, and I am jealous of my niece and nephews who have had a completely different experience of a

I agree.

Think I found it in Manhattan with NJ Plates. 2nd street between 1st ave and ave A. 8319179467 is my cell. I took these photos at 9:22 PM.

Hitting the rev limiter every day keeps the mechanic away!

I’m really surprised they have not done more lobbying and underhanded shady stuff to stop the electric car. I know they have in the past but feels like their efforts are a bit less this time.

Bill Clinton drove a ‘70 El Camino in high school, and has joked about why he lined the bed with astroturf. Plus, his stepfather ran the parts department for a Buick dealership, so I assume he had at least some gearhead skills.

Then I wonder why it will cost ~$750 to replace my e-brake button on my Passat, which has an electrical glitch known by VW since 2006? Purely rhetorical question by the way... Pure bullshit by VW. Some deeper issue than merely switching out the button which I have done twice to no avail. The chime never stops while

Debiggen? Reductify?

That was awesome. Thanks for sharing it.

Too much front brake bias would lock front wheels first, not lift the rear tires off the ground. Any racer can tell you that. This is a weight distribution problem only.

This thing sounds better at 9k rpm than most cars at 2k rpm.

I6 >>>> V-2

For real. I’m two years into my relationship and she’s already been through a BRAT that was very short lived and a complete tear down and rebuild on a Probe GT.

Right there with you.

my E30 318ic is still dusty in Memphis. thanks for the reminder. need to bring it to NC like now.

So you know how to raise his kid better than he does? Kid seems safe enough...what about kids who play with farm equipment before first grade.

Yup and it’s got an automatic transmission and air conditioning and heated seats and massage on the ford’s and a pretty decent ride and it’s quiet and it doesn’t beat you up like driving a semi truck like the ones that would do these jobs.. And you can take it home if you want to.

It’s already happening right now, lot of less than a full load trucking companies have switched to HD pickups and a local dumpster company here has as well and used car transporters are using ford’s and dodges as well too

Until now I thought engine brake and exhaust brake were interchangeable terms. Thanks atfsgeoff(did I get that right?) You learned me something new today

Seems like it. Though the Semi’s are designed to run at full bore a lot longer. You put one of the Big 3's diesels from their pickups in a big truck and it’s not going to last as long.
