I agree, even if there WAS a rear blowout at highway speed, a motorcycle maintains most of its stability so that you can slow down gently and pull to the side without too much issue (unless you’re leaning in a turn at the time of the blowout).

I’d bet dollars to donuts that every other blowout involved an overloaded motorcycle as well, but sadly without similar court filings there’s no way to know.
