I have a 2 car garage but it hasn’t had anything but boxes and assorted crap in it for the 10 years we’ve lived here - no room for a car. And from walks around the neighborhood it seems like I’m among the majority.

In 1952, such a feat seems feasible. Not a change today with the parking lots highways become around the bigger cities.

Even allowing for terrible reliability and the lack of a real interstate highway system, would it really have taken 91X longer?

Do you get cars from a different factory or something?

What had me nervous about the ‘ring is that 80% of the corners are blind, and there’s nowhere to go if you go off. You put 2 wheels or more on the grass there, you’re gonna hit something, only question is how hard.

Unfortunately, she was in a series of decreasing radius corners, and even if you’ve entered the first corner at an appropriate speed, if you don’t save most of that short straight for braking, you won’t make the second corner.

This is why I’m a firm believer that transverse applications should be inline engines only. If you need more power than a small 4-cyl can deliver, that’s what forced induction is for.

I’d generally prefer a convertible too, but I still find it completely baffling that Mazda has never made a Miata coupe.

Somewhere in the bowels of Google, an algorithm is raising its digital eyebrows at an image search request for “sexy girls on washing machines.”

Being from the south and seeing brake lines listed as a wear item....I’m never moving to a place where cars rust

In that case, they’d need to shoehorn it outta there...

Why didn’t he strap it to the roof?

Seven hundred miles.

This story has further cemented my decision that 1 kid is enough.

is now soaked in vomit and tears.

Oh, the dealer wanted to sell the M3, just not to anyone with brains, or good financial sense, or any clue about how not to get ripped off.

I was hoping this would be here.  I was going to post it myself if not :)

Upon inspection of the 3 six pack carbs,

Sounds like perfect get-away car. It so boring, no one would notice or even know how to describe it.

Actually, the drivers that scare me the most are those who are driving with BOTH SIDE MIRRORS FOLDED IN.
