I’m not a Chevy guy, and the in particular Cavalier was not a very good platform. I pretty much hate autos with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. And that 2.8L V6 is a pretty gutless engine off the line.
I feel the same way. I never understand why people are in such a hurry to get packed into a small place where they are going to have to sit for a long while. Why be in such a hurry to get out of the (relatively) spacious terminal?

I had a coworker with family in the Bahamas. He said it was interesting driving there because they followed the British style left side driving, but imported their cars from the US, which were all left-hand drive.
Factory warranties are normally written to begin the day the car is delivered to the first buyer, as you mentioned in the Feb 2017 example. So unless the warranty for that 1965 was written differently, then I would assume the same rules would apply.
I think it is quite a bit more than 4. Japan is of course one of the notable right-hand drive countries. And I believe the US and Canada are unique in being the only countries formerly part of the British Empire that do not drive on the left.
