I have a full set of 1st gen and Jungle graded 9.8 and above, but I doubt they’d fetch 5k.

If you care that much, then take care of it yourself.

I’m simply stating that ridicule and insults aren’t exactly a logical consequence of deviant behavior, and that those who ridicule and insult these people are often attacking people that could use a bit of compassion if there is any legitimate hope for reform.

So I not only used to go to Hooters for this wings, but for the prices.

Your story rings true to me. I live in a beach community and when we had a Hooters it was not seen as sexy. The Hooters dress code is pretty conservative for a beach community.

I don’t think your experience is all that strange. When we used to have a Hooters in town, it was pretty common to see families there and birthday parties.

This is not what it means to be transformative and it would not make it through a court challenge. This is why no platforms defend users against strikes; far too risky.

Don’t know this guy or have any particular reason to defend him, but I do want to point out that some “assholes” are struggling with mental health issues.

Unsurprisingly the top comment and general theme here is “censorship: bad,” rather than “empathy: good.”

After all these years, it is unfathomable to me that people can be “disappointed with both endings” of NG:E

It was at that moment that Conley realizes that Force of Will couldn’t save him; he had no life.

I remember back when the live action Akira was announced with James Dean attached.

I’m glad there was a post like this in here. I thought maybe I was just delusional or something, but the way I remember it, Spectre wasn’t all that great and this character wasn’t all that good.

I’m not entirely sure why I read this blog post in its entirety. Probably it’s because I try to stay up to date on some elements of popular and counter-culture that fly by, but the author kept warning me that the topic was banal and that that I could stop reading.

I’d be surprised if it were only one or two. Not that I care, but it sure seems like their are more than two a season.

Rush was very good. Fantastic acting by Daniel Brühl, who should really be given more roles than he gets.

Alongside its growing playerbase... has come a growing issue with bad player behavior, including racism, sexism, and homophobia.

I walked into the KFC/Taco bell and saw this yesterday. I walked right out and got a salad from the grocery store.

I was not a fan of the show for the first season at all, but I watched mostly in the background while doing other things just to see where the story, which I found outlandish, was going.

Agreed. I haven’t read the analysis being discussed here, but there is plenty of room to argue just about anything in a pulp fantasy story about oppressed people.
