The problem isn’t that they are in demand, it is that Toyota is artificially creating a ridiculous shortage by just not building them. They manufacture the Sienna almost as an afterthought as though they want their customers to not buy them. They will not build them to order.

And yet, 18 months on, Toyota still wont build me an F-ing minivan.

That would be awesome actually....wait wait...the hockey team or the wildfires?  I’ve been fooled before...

...for whom a Jeep Gladiator is just too big...” For when the pickup bed in your ruined jeep is smaller then a camry trunk? I don’t understand. But then again I don’t understand the gladiator either. Covering that sad little bed does two things: First, people don’t see the half sized kiddie pool the owner refer to

Hey now, that depends on the car for the most part. My I3 responds as quick as you can hit the buttons or spin the wheel and it has 8 programmable actual buttons on top for instant access to anything in the menus. HVAC and stereo have real buttons as well. I’m not saying it’s great but it is far from the worst option.

Sorry, I didn’t see the other responses when I was replying. I wasn’t trying to be contrary, just informative.

The game originally started by playing for cards themselves. See Demonic Attorney and such. Almost no one plays anti anymore but the playstyle does exist and used to be the norm like 30 years ago...and now I feel super old.

Haha, I would much rather have the I8 as well...except for the price tag.

I wasn’t either at first but it grew on me. Even my wife loves the car now and drives it more then I do. As another person mentioned, obviously I’d prefer the I8 but my bank account says otherwise.

A low mileage I3 sounds like exactly what she wants. I bought a 7 year old one with 30k miles on it. Battery still holds 99% of its rated charge and you can mod the heck out of it with just an App. The little BMW is more fun to drive then it has any right to be given its short wheel base and bicycle tires.

Are you sure those numbers are right? I have an 89 square body V1500 (first year not designated a K5) Blazer and it’s 79 inches wide without the mirrors, which is the same as my previous vehicle which was a 2018 Ram 2500 4x4. I’ve got the factory luggage rack on the roof which makes it almost the same height as the

The biggest issue here is...lets just say they find it on the bottom. Who is going to rescue it? There are what...3 submersibles in the world that can go 2+ miles down. Even the big navy nuclear subs are only good to 1500 feet or so. This is 12000. This was an excursion with no backup plan and almost zero hope for

Reminds me of the guys on the Island of Hawaii (big island) driving around in 15+ year old trucks with Dave Smith paper tags. Most were so faded they were grey instead of the dealer’s signature pink. Not sure if they were buying them from guys with new trucks shipped in or printing them but it seems the cops gave zero

Eh, I regularly take my 89 V1500 Blazer on interstate cruises at 70+.  Yeah there is a bit of engine drone but it tracks fine and is easy to drive.  Had an older bronco and it was the same way.  As long as they are maintained (and the cruise control works), they have perfectly fine road manners for long distance.

Is that just a 3080 issue? My desktop has a 3070 and on ultra settings, my fans aren’t even moving 50% of the time.

Salesforce is the biggest name in the world for cloud-based sales software...”

People tend to anthropomorphize ICE vehicles because of subconscious similarities. The engine is a heart. It moves. It beats. You can feel it. This gives cars a finite lifespan humans can connect with. It will only work for so long before it breaks. Like us.

The problem is you cant get a sienna right now. Well you can, but for 50% or more over MSRP. All the USED ones I’ve seen(current gen) are listed over 65k.  If Toyota won’t build the damn things to sell, there isn’t an alternative.  I’ve been on a waiting list for well over a year now.

No feet on the dash ever for any reason. Don’t know why I hate that so much but that’s just an absolute.

Initially, I was thinking NP but then I thought of all the issues I had with my E90 M3.  The computer couldn’t even keep the engine idling when you pushed in the clutch sometimes...and this was back when it was under warranty.  I really want to like this car and the price is great, which is why it is probably a
