This has not been my experience.

Electricity prices in Hawaii are the highest in the nation...by far.

That fuel economy is kinda terrible, especially compared to the ioniq yesterday...which is almost the same length and width. The CX5 is 8 inches taller. Less then 5 cubic feet of cargo space difference...

I had a Leaf for a while and I can’t afford the electric bills to charge it.  Gas is cheaper, especially from costco if I’m getting over 50mpg.  The leaf would make it to work with about 40% left and home with about 20%.  Takes all night and the small solar array I have already isn’t enough to negate our normal

This really has me interested as a daily commuter. Did you do any driving up a significant hill? How do you suppose it would handle an 8% grade for about 9 miles? There is no way I could get 57mpg but if the drivetrain could maintain 60 without the squirrel dying...I’ll bet I’d still be over 40 combined going up and

My my, this is a lot to unpack lol.

“The savings grow when you look at the lower maintenance costs of EV’s...”

“We’re going to help the companies, and they’re going to help you.”

Lol, well that was entertaining. But you certainly have me curious now. This was my childhood bike and was mostly stock (after we franken-biked it together). You wouldn’t happen to have a link or more info on these long range plastic tanks? I’ll cut the seat off my current tank and make a mount for it.

Yup, learned this the hard way. I need a steel tank. Probably aftermarket, or off an old Sherpa. I’ve patched the current tank 5 times now and a new leak always pops up. Honestly, it is a pretty bad design with the seat and tank as a single piece. The stresses cause it to flex in the wrong areas. I’m not looking for a

I’m currently (rather slowly) working on tearing my childhood bike apart and replacing things that no longer work...such as the fiberglass tank that simply refuses to be leak-proofed.  It is titled as a ‘73 bultaco alpina 350 but the frame is from a 250, as is the suspension.  Pretty sure the wheels are off the 350.

I have a 2 year old and 6 month old and really wonder how this can happen. I guess I am fortunate enough to only ever drive in two situations. One is to work. No kids. The other is ANYWHERE else...always kids. I talk to the kids in the car, my wife plays with them from the passenger seat. I just can’t even fathom

Plus it doesn’t have FCA build “quality”...so its go that going for it as well...

Yup, still a full 4 feet between the boxes, plus an inch or two I think. They do look a little odd but the utility far outweighs the lost space over the wells.  And I feel your pain.  I sold my frontier to get my 2500.  The frontier was a good little truck but it just didn’t have enough space in the back seats for

In defense of the ramboxes...well yeah, they aren’t as good but you can use them for coolers which is amusing. Also the gaps aren’t uniform and the button collects all kinds of dirt....but...BUT...I’d still order them again. Very handy to keep the emergency roadside stuff, and all the tools and accessories that get

I bought the $50 off brand jump start battery from costco and it regularly jumped the 351W(5.7L) V8 in my old bronco.

I think this “short” is more far reaching then they are letting on.  My 2018 Ram 2500 is currently in the shop awaiting an entire new computer system because of a known issue similar to this.  If all the conditions are right, an error comes up on the dash saying “Service Electronic Throttle Control” and the go pedal

“A naked sport motorcycle with a gigantic engine is great for annihilating onramps and is kind of a pain in the ass for everything else...”

Ohh you so funny.  I don’t like selfish assholes but hey, it must be my fault.

That Evo dates back to the early 80s I thought. They did switch to a twin cam model in 2000 if that’s what you meant. It still produces just slightly less then zero horsepower by today’s size and power standards per liter. We aren’t talking about the liquid cooled engine in the V-Rod. That is really fast for a
