I’ve been playing with my five-year-old and had similar experiences. He enjoys stealing stuff from around my house and gets mad when I take it back. I’ve booked seats well in advance, taking great care to pick out the seats I wanted, only for the airline to separate us and not give a shit at the desk because “they don’t have to honor seat assignments,” so maybe back off your judgmental idea that people do this on purpose.
