Airplanes bring out the worst in people, multiply by 2 if it’s a domestic flight...that being said: the ‘clappers’ can go f**k themselves.

I make voice command calls all the time in my V60 R Design...and the TC can be totally disabled. Donuts in an AWD cars with snow tires in the snow is a lot more fun than you’d think. I thank Dominick’s for going out of business every time I do it.

Where’s the point of diminishing returns for advertising? Billboards are everywhere in Chicago. Everywhere. I don’t notice them anymore - messages might as well be blank. Tacky advertising on a personal vehicle would make me avoid the subject business while questioning the individual owner’s choices in life.

Having driven several Kias, no f**king thank you.

I’ve got a V60 and it’s a tad on the small side - especially when sitting in the back seats - so this slightly larger version would be nice especially if I can get it to replace my wife’s Mazda CX-7 (which is also small inside). Other than the small-ish interior it’s a fantastic car.

There’s a whole slew of questions that should accompany the inquiry of this car - starting with the AWD repairs (angle gear is a known issue around 100k miles) and they can be expensive.

Given the year of the car, the condition of the interior and the unknowns of the maintenance/repair, I’d say ‘CP’ unless it’s being

If I didn’t have them before the commercials - I would have skipped them as well. Oddly enough, they’ve been pretty easy to deal with...

Why risk getting shot in the face by a potential paranoid gun nut?

Let it go, sparky, it’s not worth it. Even if you ‘win’ you’re an asshole.

As a 2A supporter, this dude should go to jail - you don’t pull a gun on someone unless you absolutely have to use it because you are physically threatened and there’s no other way out of the situation without harm. You don’t point a gun at someone to ‘make a point’.

Moto boy should have immediately called the police

My previous car, a Mazdaspeed3, had rain sensing wipers but no heated windshield or wiper heater thingies...if I left the wipers on and it snowed or rained and froze into ice overnight the wipers would try as hard as possible to rip themselves free of the ice/snow when I used the remote start. There’s nothing more awesome and less awesome than when a 40' tree 4' from your house (with aluminum siding) gets struck by lightning. I’m happy for two things: I wasn’t home and insurance covered the damage to the house and contents.

There were pieces of the tree found in one neighbor’s yard - about 80' away from

If it’s necessary to tell people “Don’t drink racing fuel”, it’s not *if* but rather *when* they’ll do something stupid and end their days.

This is simply evolution doing its thing.

The first Winter I owned my Mazdaspeed3, I got stuck behind a woman in a Honda Odyssey at a controlled left turn on a slight incline in fresh snow (2-3"). Every time the light turned green, she’d stomp on the gas - the front tires would spin and she would go either A) nowhere or B) sideways/backward. I was three cars

How so?

What ‘educated guesses’ could one make to wreak havoc?

People still ‘hide’ their license plates?

No one cares while they’re driving around...but take a photo and it’s got to be concealed.

WTF?

I would guess that the Maserati WOULD be the more reliable of the group.

I can’t believe I just wrote that...

Heated windshield works great!

I recall reading the Jalopnik article about the VW tail lamps.

BMW, for example, made the entire lens red. While there is a cost savings there, it seems strange to chase pennies to that level while they put a dual exhaust on a 4 cylinder car that clearly doesn’t need dual exhausts.

And I get the “aesthetics vs. safety

It looks great until you get to the rear end and find an updated 1989 Ford Taurus.

What happened to amber turn indicators on cars? Seems like a really weird place to pinch pennies in production.
