I mean I have a GTX 970 and an i7 6700k which I use OBS for streaming, and as others have stated how noticeable is the difference compression wise if I upload recorded 4K vs 1080p vidoes on youtube since it compresses everything to hell regardless.

I’m currently rocking an overclocked MSI GTX 970 to Stock GTX 980 speeds and have had no need to upgrade at 1080 and 1440p so far. I was going to go for the GTX 1080 but the price point is still too much for me, and the performance difference between the 1070 ti and 1080 is negligible...Hoping volta drives down prices…

No they won’t, A soldier was killed in the line of Duty, not a Defense Contractor. An Army 15-6 command investigation will be made to ascertain the cause of death and why and how it happened. This is mandated under federal law. Please educate yourself before spreading hearsay.

First and foremost regarding viewing the body, having seen first hand the type of damage a RPG warhead, a DSHKA 12.7mm round or a IED would do to a body. Please believe me that it is better for the families not to see that. I would not want my family to see me in such a state if I were to die during my OIF deployments.
