I own a 370... I haven’t seen it shit on any other cars yet. Do you think it could be sneaking away at night and doing it?

I dunno... to take the most extreme example go look at a 2000GT - it’s beautiful. I can’t look at one without crying myself to sleep in the knowledge I’ll never even get to sit in one let alone own one.
I hope it looks better in person than it does in the pictures, and I really do want it to be a success... but I’m not optimistic. It’s not going to be within my budget anyways so Toyota isn’t going to care about my opinion:-)
Back in 1990 I solved the problem of lack of overtaking in Formula 1: I started watching Grand Prix motorcycle racing instead:-)
I figure that if it does manage at least two seconds in the air that will be enough for the FAA to require a fully certified 2020 compliant ADS/B-out installation and mode-S transponder. Oh, and full certification of the car, factory and parts suppliers.
This is only slightly less credible than:
I’ve never even had a chance to sit in one but one of the student pilots in my glider club has a TVR Vixen that’s near the end of a restoration project. I’m hoping he brings it out to the airfield next season.
“we only remembered to bring IPAs and orange juice”
I have never seen a Kammback myself. If I was even aware of it previously I must have forgotten all about it. It’s not like I’m unfamiliar with AMC either. I knew people when I was growing up who owned Javelins, Gremlins, Pacers, Eagles... My parents almost bought an Eagle. There’s a guy in my neighborhood with two…
Didn’t the Model X’s in the Hyperloop test tunnel have side mounted bumper wheels? - if they can’t make a system which works in a completely sealed, controlled environment like that it seems pretty likely that self-driving cars good enough for widespread use are a ways off yet.
I’ve been amazed by how good many of these old films are. The one on differentials is the best I’ve ever seen for showing how they work.
This is obviously some strange usage of the word “glorious” that I wasn’t previously aware of.
Nice Price - as long as it’s as good as it seems to be. These were great motorhomes. They also seem to attract enthusiast owners who take care of them. The only other motorhome that I have any real desire to own is the Airstream Excella. Hotels may make far more sense economically but being a glider pilot I frequently…
When I first saw a teaser picture of the RF it was a silhouette and for a brief moment I was overjoyed with the notion that Mazda had finally decided to make a fastback version of the Miata. I had lusted over the previous showcars they made of this type. I was rather disappointed to discover it was essentially a…
And there are so many other sleazy things VW has done that deserve mention! Why let dieselgate hog all the attention?
“I ever tell you guys about the time my buddy Keith decided to make an off roader? Now most folks will use a truck but Keith’s got burned to a crisp when he tried to use the bed as a barbecue for that pig roast. He did have this little Feeyott though. He got from his uncle who didn’t need it no more ‘cause he kept…
Yeah but “like all other Harley motorcycles, it’s expensive”! Hell look at the outrageous price of their Street 500 compared to the Honda 500 Rebel!... Oh, wait. The HD actually lists for a little less than the Honda... Never mind.
Bugatti hell, this is for when the HP of a P-51D Mustang running at war emergency power simply won’t do.
“A 25- or 28-year old doesn’t have 50 grand to buy their first sports car,” MSRP on the base 370Z here in Canada is under $23,000 in U.S. dollars at the moment... under $26,000 for the Sport with the digger brakes, LSD and 19m inch forged wheels...
