In the same boat, but in my late 40s'. We are pilgrims in an unholy land my friend.

So, not so much.

I've always wanted Bill Gates to eat $**t.

If I cared any less about these errors, I would be in a coma.

I saw that animation and thought Crusader was getting a remake.

If you released all contingencies, you will lose your deposit for backing out of the deal. Normally, you would have released contingencies about 17 days into the escrow. So the report might be good just so you have the info. In California, you can only lose up to 3% of the agreed upon purchase price of the home when

Do not look at the current owners taxes - at least if you are in California - what they paid in taxes will give NO reflection on what you pay. Ask your agent to have your title company generate a preliminary closing statement for you that will lay out all your closing costs, including property taxes and assessments.

Yeah.... totally not what happens in my world either. At home, I tend to have my office in a mess. However, my office at work is spotless. I check, recheck and triple check at work and make sure everything is done properly and in my own personal stuff, I tend to just go.

Happy to add to the discussion. One other thing to add is that the vast majority of offers are from the least sexy kind of places. The selenium parts brings in lots of web site company types (Well... Duh... it's selenium). You will also sees lots of offers for finance, banking, medical sites, etc. So if you are

Maybe it's too obscure but if you have software QA, automation and selenium in your linked in profile, get ready for a crap tonne of job offers. I am actually surprised by how many upper level inquiries come my way for director and up type positions for QA. These are usually for start ups tho - so if job security is

Discipline is tough. Congrats on finding it and sticking with it!

No wallet at all. I kind of embraced a "Simplify" mantra over the last year. I ditched the wallet and bought a case for my phone that has a little hatch and slots for a few credit card sized items. So I put in my drivers license, credit card and one other card. Best thing I ever did.

So maybe I am a freak. However, I cannot stand the way travel mugs make my drink taste if they are metal or plastic on the inside. I want a travel mug that is ceramic or something similar on the inside (where my drink is contained) and can be anything on the outside. The trick is that I still want the awesome lid that

What makes you assume that? In my case, the auction allowed dealers to bring guests, but not bid. I paid my friend exactly what was paid for it at the auction.

Sure. Not sure yet if I am sold enough to get my own dealers license, or continue to mooch my friends. It is tempting tho.

So a good friend of mine avoids all this by getting his dealers license in California and buying his cars at the auctions that only licensed dealers have access too.

Sniff.... sniff.... anyone else smell that? It is the pungent odor of deceit. Still funny tho.

So maybe I just don't get out enough, but in my passing experience with meditation, none of the items noted in this article have ever even been mentioned as limitations/mandatory parts of the process. So for me, the idea that these are myths is a myth... so meditate on that.
