Wow. I totally agree with this article. Um... ok... good talk. Carry on.

Now those I have seen... and yes, THOSE are what we called moon boots in the '80s.
I attended high school and college in the '80s and never knew these things existed. But I want.
There is also this for your consideration.
This actually sounds like a pretty good way to go. I am never for just deleting posts. Smells too much like an easy path to censorship. However, allowing users to tag it as BS - or one of those other options - is awesome. It lets the stupidity suffer under the light of people pointing at it and laughing.
I am totally for repealing and removing any and all laws or regulations that prevent anyone from stepping up and providing internet services. Any law like that anywhere should be rooted out and killed. If I want to be able to lay fiber optic cables through town, I should be able to do that.
There is nothing disingenuous about the reference at all. To have a perfectly rational objection with government regulation does not even come close to going down the goofy path you seem to want to go down.
Thanks for waiting.
This article is Ted Cruz for journalism.
I have not seen this yet.... its in the que for later tonight. However, if I am right about who he is pursuing through time (as the trailer states), I am going to be pissed.
Maybe just tacking stuff on is enough. After all:
So if it can take a belfie WHILE I am using it to scratch my butt.... then I totally get why we all must own one.
At first, I was hoping that this was like those "massagers". You know, they advertise it as one thing while we all just kinda get (with a wink and a nudge) what it's really for. But no. It is the selfie equivalent of a wash rag on a stick for Bart Simpson.
I've always wanted Bill Gates to eat $**t.
If I cared any less about these errors, I would be in a coma.
I saw that animation and thought Crusader was getting a remake.
Maybe I just define "terrifying" a bit differently. 'Cuz in my world, this ain't it.
If you released all contingencies, you will lose your deposit for backing out of the deal. Normally, you would have released contingencies about 17 days into the escrow. So the report might be good just so you have the info. In California, you can only lose up to 3% of the agreed upon purchase price of the home when…
Do not look at the current owners taxes - at least if you are in California - what they paid in taxes will give NO reflection on what you pay. Ask your agent to have your title company generate a preliminary closing statement for you that will lay out all your closing costs, including property taxes and assessments.…
Yeah.... totally not what happens in my world either. At home, I tend to have my office in a mess. However, my office at work is spotless. I check, recheck and triple check at work and make sure everything is done properly and in my own personal stuff, I tend to just go.
