As someone who races bikes, 3.2 Hp (nearly 2400 watts) on a skateboard is NUTS. Keep in mind, the top tour de France sprinters might be able to hit a peak power output of around 2000 watts. For a time trial around 1/2-1 hr all out, they are averaging around 400 watts (depending on rider size and ability of course)

Good luck. Half the parts that are needed are no longer made, and will take significant money just to get to an okay state. When you can buy some really nice examples of del Sol’s for around 10,000 that are in one pc and aren’t an automatic transmission body, this one just looks like what it is...a pile of crap. 

If you go frame by frame, you can see the odometer on the flipped mini...it’s no where near zero. 

Isn’t the easier solution to just use a matte finish/non reflective base, and just have the stickers/letters/number themselves be super reflective.
