I hope its good for the folks that are into it but these people have been begging for a remake since the PS2 launched. It’s going to be real tough to satisfy that level of hype.

Agreed, carving up a JRPG episodically makes very little sense. I just wish that generation of ‘gamers’ imprinted on a better game.

I’d have thought arbitrarily breaking it into pieces and selling it episodically would screw it up, but apparently it worked for hitman? I guess?

Word. The miraculous iOS port of Romancing SaGa 2 was 100% worth the premium price tag. Getting the DS SaGa 2 and 3 remakes on the Nintendo eshop would actually give me a reason to turn on my 3ds.

I’ve got an idea to enhance Square Enix’s legitimacy. They can pull their collective head out of their ass and release SaGa Scarlet Grace in the west.

Finally a #66 that isn’t an embarrassment to the league.

The iOS port of Romancing SaGa 2 was spectacular. I was hopeful that it would have done well enough to make localizing Scarlet Grace a no-brainer.

The Last Remnant is literally the best JRPG of its generation.
