How much time is "all the time"? No one charges anything all the time, unless you're using a bigass laptop as a desktop.
The Nexus S phone is actually quite clever in this regard, as it refuses to charge all the way up to 100%. No matter how long you keep it plugged in (which is still bad and shouldn't be done), the phone will simply stop charging beyond 94-95%.
Y u no include HP Polio?
Great article, although this will probably put the author on Apple's hitlist. ;)
Poor woman...
seconded! :)
AbiWord is free, feature rich, and fast. Then, there is the free Kingsoft office suite whose word processor is faster than LibreOffice Writer and looks very similar to Microsoft Word 2003 (which isn't so bad).

Don't you have to pay extra just to use it?
You should have mentioned the built in hotspot/tethering features in Android. It might seem amazing to those in the US, but most carriers all over the world don't block this feature.
There is this one site that I know for India, and it's fairly good - [mysmartprice.com.] It can improve in a lot of ways (like keeping track of prices at physical stores, and not just the online stores), but you can't complain much when there is nothing else out there.
That's an American carrier problem, not a Nexus problem. Google wants this particular Nexus to be popular in the US and they don't have the leverage that Apple does. And I think Google might even sell an unlocked Galaxy Nexus in the US sometimes after the Verizon model is out.
The wooly mammoths were no bigger than the African bush elephants of today.
The snake charmers remove the poison glands of the snakes that they capture. Without venom, a snake can't digest its food and will starve to death. They can survive up to a couple of months or more because of their extremely slow metabolism.
Everything is screwed up here. May those poor snakes rest in peace.
Thanks everyone! My hotdog doubts have been put to rest. I'd love to go to the US just to eat all your crazy food, there's just so much meat in everything!
Every time I see a hotdog snapshot, I can't help but notice that it's wrapped in some sort of transparent plastic wrapper (like here - [goo.gl] ). How are you supposed to eat the hotdog with that thing on? Is it edible?
I have no idea what she blends. I'll just ask her to order the more powerful one, just in case.
