I think it could be due to the nature of the scenes that were shot with King Shark vs the type of shots they were going to do with Killer Croc in Suicide Squad.

I don’t think it will because it was born out of some pretty crazy conspiracy theories and once people have gone off the deep end into conspiracy territory it’s hard to get them to grasp reality.
