I just installed it on my Hackintosh and haven't noticed any issues whatsoever. One underrated aspect is that I think they took a step forward in terms of small UI changes. It doesn't look nearly as dated (starting at the login screen) as Mountain Lion was starting to feel.

Because 20k in debt isn't worth the 40%+ average income boost from graduating college. No wonder millenials won't be able retire, as they apparently don't understand the concept of return on investment.

I agree 10% MINIMUM. I put 20% in my 401k (50/50 Roth and Traditional) plus max out my Roth IRA. That doesn't include the other 10% I try to save in my cash/brokerage accounts.

Pulled a couple key numbers from page 67 of the report.

Interesting perspective. I find it interesting that you are more willing to take a return on a risk you can't control (market risk from investment) than a risk you can control (your own spending behavior). I think this is perfectly valid, just interesting information regarding investment behavior and trust.

Sorry, have a Masters in Economics and work in finance (commercial real estate so not a banking shill here), so I find your statement quite interesting. Its typical to assume that people are rational and always make wise investment decisions, any return should technically be worth investing in, especially when there

It depends on my phone. My Nexus 4 I use myself is about once per day. I have a Blackberry Q10 for work and that is charged about once per week.

I formally worked for an economic consulting company and regularly had to write 40 to 50 page reports. My usual strategy was

This doesn't even take into account that car commuting sucks. I just left a job 10 miles away for one 2 miles away. I bike every day instead not driving and I don't want to kill myself every day when i get to work and when I get home. I love driving, but not having to car commute is a benefit I would happily pay

What are you talking about? Once you own your car the fixed costs are basically zero. If your car is over 5 years old then depreciation is largely dependent on mileage driven and maintenance costs are directly related to miles driven. Marginal cost is gas + repairs + depreciation. Not to mention the fact that the less

Fair enough. Its still the adjusters job to catch that. Appears they at least somewhat did given they gave them $1600 and not $6k. Its not fraud to provide incorrect comparables, its up yo adjuster to decide whether or not to accept those comps.

What is fraud about that?

Looks like it was already answered, but for apps yes. I haven't checked the system settings, though I am pretty sure this is a yes. I used to use Titanium and tended to avoid these (system settings/accounts etc) because I found that restoring them could sometimes be buggy (though not always). You can check the free

Yeah, I have rooted before, but recently bought a Nexus 4 so I don't really need to. The main reason I did it was for stock Android, and now I have that. There is no SD card, so Helium provided what I needed, but you could still use it without the computer connection step if you are already rooted.

I would second the recommendation on Helium. The process feels a little bit "hacky" since you have to enable it via USB debugging on your computer, but its from a known developer, and is polished and works well. There is a one time fee for the "pro" version but it lets you backup to Dropbox/Google Drive etc, and can

Also, the other point I wanted to make, is that for many its an opportunity to work on writing and communication skills. This does not seem to be an issue for you in the least, and so I commend you for this.

Yeah I agree with you. I just meant to point out that there is non-zero professional value in taking non-field specific courses. Also, I probably wouldn't have stumbled into economics and finance had I not been required to have that exposure, so that is also another benefit (discovering other interests).
