There really isn’t such a “thing” as a European thing. . Cultures differ massively throughout the continent. In the UK, cheek kissing/air-kissing isn’t standard but it is in France. Germany’s very formal, Spain & Greece are not.

I’ve often thought my brother’s dog is like a reincarnation of my last boy. Same lovely gentle nature and older-than-his years eyes.
