She wasn’t given the opportunity to be represented at the court hearing, despite the legal obligation to provide that opportunity.

They can be expensive- the trick is to find the balance between quality & cost- sometimes you get lucky with talent in a cheap shop. But I’ve had three hairdressers in forty years for that reason!
