BS. If they wanted to, they could make them. Before licensing was stricter, off brands used to make controllers all the time. Hell, you can buy a big screen for $250. I think they could make a controller.
The real question is WHY THEY ONLY MAKE CONTROLLERS IN ONE SIZE?
How did you all miss the most important part?
Being too lazy to watch the movie you’re writing about isn’t cute, it’s a perfect example of the direction this site is going. Sad to see the real journalists go.
The Fisker Karma was gorgeous! Fight me.
Younger consumers seem put off by the noise. If they release a heavy HD that was under 70 decibels, they’d sell out. Most millennials have more experience sitting behind one in traffic as it deafens them than have grown up in households that have them. I know you all will think it’s sacrilege, but ‘loud and annoying’…
Missouri? Really? Shenanigans. I call shenanigans.
Fun fact, it looks like the tech was taken from TV weathermen!

Very similar! There were a few systems at MGM/Caesers in the 1990’s as well. It actually had decent tracking, but the ergonomics of it were crap.At Nick Arcade they actually built a green set for each level to play on. The games were primitive, even for the time. Basically just a few simple sprites. That being said,…
It’s an actual video game system. I got to do the Nick Arcade road show. You stand in front of a green screen, with a giant tv behind the camera. The computer scans you in, with pretty good fidelity. You have to move around physically, while staring at the big tv to see what you are interacting with. It is not CGI
“Do you have no understanding of copyright law whatsoever, while also possessing zero respect for anyone who enforces it?”
Kotaku’s staff doesn’t believe in copyright. Give it a rest.
“But.. but.. She’s in the tv, she can’t be a real person. If she gets frustrated she should quit..”
I’m calling bullshit. You don’t regularly drive 175-250 miles per day. And if you do, it’s bc if some sort of life choice you made, and has absolutely no bearing on other ppl.
$5 says this is all abt IP for Microsoft’s inevitable move into movies/tv.
Aww that’s cute! And stupid.
I do like the idea of a auto start up straight up saying “instead of pouring millions into R/D, were going to design a cool body and buy all the components off the shelf and pay a builder to put it together.”
Appearances change in the comics all the time.
