I don’t disagree that this likely was not an innocent mistake. They probably hired some IT or design person who didn’t adhere to their ‘philosophy’ but wanted the money, and that person took the opportunity to fuck with Trump in a way that is subtle and yet obvious. And to that person I say, Well done!!

Yep and PSB have released a ton of very polished sounding demos from the 80s.  However, often there are “work tapes” from earlier in the process which do sound more like how rock demos are described here.

Hot take: most of Picasso’s works for me seem uninspired, rote and produced purely to separate rich dupes from their money.

Yep, they do— Splinter does plenty of RWNJ trolls’ work for them. “Dems in disarray”, “Don’t vote”, “This is a waste of time”. Sow the despair, and watch people lose interest in paying attention, let alone fighting.

I swear Splinter feeds off the “Dems in disarray!!!!1!” narrative as much as the average RWNJ.

I didn’t pick up on it on the first viewing, but there’s a moment at the beginning of the episode where she’s looking at the memory book, and she sees the beginning of it, but then the scene cuts away.so it was kind of alluded to, but I didn’t catch it.

Why not focus on the better tweets of the day, the ones with substance & good analysis, instead of feeding yourself a diet of this D-list celebrity poison? Who cares about the reichwingers’ reactions? We already knew they’d do exactly this. DJTJ is just doing his assigned job. So is that subhuman scumsuck D’Souza.

You forgot Bret Stephens

I get that newspaper journalism is a dying industry, but how does the New York Goddamn Times have such a profoundly shitty clump of columnists? Between Friedman, David Brooks, and Maureen Dowd, there’s all the intellectual wattage of a bowl of stale oatmeal.

The main problem I have with the court scenes isn’t the procedural and evidentiary nonsense— nobody really expects the average viewer to have much interest in that so long as it’s accurate enough that the viewer can continue the suspension of disbelief. What grated on me was that they never made it clear to the

Maybe people should read the original piece, not a cherry picked movement devotee’s summary? Just a thought.

The right-wing used the #metoo movement to take Franken down. Pure and simple. Women lost a progressive champion in this man, and believe it or not, those are hard to come by. Virtually all the accusations felt contrived. Progressives are often purists in this country, like all the Green Party voters, who’d rather

I was wondering how Jezebel, who was banging the drum to get rid of him, would cover this article. Shouldn’t have been surprised. Nor surprised that Jezebel’s own role in the pile-on (detailed in NYer’s piece) wasn’t mentioned in this article. If there was wrongdoing to be uncovered, Jane Mayer — usually a hero on

Interesting. If you Google Tweeden/UFO show and go to the images, there she is, on the same USO show, grabbing a performers ass while performing on stage. Rubbing her ass against him on another shot. Others show her grabbing Robin Williams’ ass and another shows her trying to climb his body all while on stage. She’s

1. “There are indeed some lies and inaccuracies in Tweeden’s account” — um? Yeah. Therein lies the problem.

Seriously, who are the expected readers of this book? Who - even amongst right-wing book readers - cares enough about his musings to pay good money and dedicate however many hours to reading this?

You don’t even need to be a lawyer to recognize how absurd some of this stuff was in BLL. That animated reenactment of Perry falling down the stairs... presented completely out of the blue?! Celeste’s accusation, also out of the blue, that Mary Louise killed her own son?!

J Crew isn’t affordable or accessible for a lot of people.

I know close to nothing about courtroom procedure but it was very clear how absurdly stupid that courtroom scene was. So mary louise allegedly hired the best lawyer money can buy and he just sits there while she rambles on some closing argument theatrics, like what? I mean there were a million dumb things but that was

That courtroom scene was absurd.
