Which version are you using? Outlook 2016 still won’t open .pst files, which is huge shortcoming, but other than that I think it’s pretty solid. On my Exchange account for work it works a lot better than Mac Mail/Calendar ever did, not that that’s saying much.

When did they start running Paris-Roubaix in August? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose?

Nailed it. I’m not in love with this specific idea either, but a police force voluntarily trying to be more transparent is a good thing and should be encouraged, not mocked.

The current version of VMWare Fusion also supports Windows 10. I needed to go slightly under the hood and change a graphics driver (it’s included but not installed) to get it to look right, but there are forum posts out there showing exactly what you need to do and it’s easy.

“Encourage”?

Awesome article about one of my favorite airplanes. A few years ago (2010 or so) on my commute into downtown Indianapolis, I-70 was under construction and I was stuck in traffic just past the end of one of the runways at IND. FedEx still had a few -200s flying and one filled my windshield landing right in front of me.

Even on the first-half FGs, although I am usually the one SCREAMING to go for it on fourth down (I’ve seen the statistical analyses and credit those over ‘conventional wisdom’), I can sort-of-almost understand the decision. I sometimes wonder if I’m the only Packer fan who noticed how badly Rodgers had been regressing

Another way to justify a “fun car” is to recognize that it can meet your needs just as well as the “responsible choice.” I bought my 2013 Mustang GT new for around the same price (or less) as a comparably-equipped minivan or midsize CUV. Observed mixed gas mileage is slightly lower, but in the same ballpark, as the

The other reason it’s bullshit is that the “depreciation” figure is based on MSRP that nobody pays. The Legacy 3 typically have more fat packed into the MSRP, and offer more frequent and larger rebates. The real comparison is depreciation from (invoice-incentives); if you’re paying more than that for most new cars,

I’m really, really weird like that with tomatoes as well. Something about cooking (or drying) them transforms them into something I’ll eat, but don’t leave them intact in any way.

Why would you use a serif font in email? Isn’t it widely known that text meant to be read on a screen works better with a san-serif font? I’m not even a font guy and I know this. And yeah, don’t mess with a font that the recipient might not have. And don’t be that guy who messes with sizing or uses a different font

All that damage for want of a good $20 tire-pressure gauge. Those cheap ones that look like ballpoint pens are useless.

Mayonnaise. Utterly disgusting and I don’t like to look at it, let alone smell it. It tends to limit my sandwich orders because I’m not always in a mood to interrogate the waitstaff about what’s in the ‘creamy signature sauce’ just to make sure my lunch isn’t smeared with Satan’s own ejaculate.

Your point about smoothies — I love bananas, like kind of a lot, but I have always been pretty compulsive about eating them ripe. Not nasty overripe, but I will wait for the “speckled” stage before I crack one open. And your comment made me realize that I rather dislike the taste of bananas that haven’t reached that

Or . . . candy!

But it’s actually called an “illusion.”

Beat me to it.

Glad I was not the only one to notice this. Surely the United States is not deploying B-52Ds to Sweden, as they’ve been out of service for at least 30 years now.

Not strictly a car name, but any buy-here-pay-here lot with the words “Elite,” “Exotic,”or “Prestige” in its name. If you bought it there, your car is none of those things.

Carbon bikes have been around forever, as in you could find them in mainstream bike stores by the late 1980s. Also, if Audi really wanted to go full weight-weenie it would have spec’d SRAM Red mechanical rather than what appears to be Dura-Ace Di2. Andplusalso, you can get a *grownup* full carbon bike for $2K as well

Agreed. Any manual these days will have hill-start assist, but a quick tug on the handbrake is a very discreet way to lose a few MPH when you spot a revenue agent and engine-braking alone won’t do it.
