YES THANK YOU, every moment of this movie is perfection

I think the “basic bitches” in the opening was sarcasm on the part of Hogan. That at the heart of it a girl just dreams about her dream day, her wedding, and he basically had some girls sent over from Central Casting. I think he was doing it as high parody.

If you don’t have the confidence to ride on the road you shouldn’t be riding at all.

I am a happy pedestrian and am glad to see cyclists using the streets in my city, however, I would advise riders to STAY THE FUCK OFF THE SIDEWALK WITH YOUR GODDAMN BIKES. Especially when there’s a bike lane available! This is a growing problem I’ve noticed and have seen people get pushed over and had drinks thrown at

A killer soundtrack really can be killer if you don’t hear a car because you have earphones in. Obviously you can use a bluetooth speaker with fewer negative effects, though you still make it harder to hear what’s happening around you.

I want to be rich for two reasons. So I can buy any plant I want for my garden and so I can leave ridiculous tips. That’s it. That’s all I really aspire to in life.

Thanks for clarifying! I knew there was a distinction in the bad/badly but couldn’t recall the exact reasoning. Appreciate it! :)

Having grown up with a stepmom who bought into this stuff (anti-vax, crystal healing, herbs, homeopathy, muscle testing, cleanses, detoxes, enemas, generational pain manifesting in a person, etc., etc.), I think part of the reason these people buy into this is that they want answers to things that aren’t answerable,

There’s a medical history podcast I listen to that occasionally delves into this sort of voodoo medical magic shit. Crystals, extra super doses of vitamin C, all this crap.

There’s an area in the woodsier part of my state that was a beloved summer camp for decades until the governing organization decided to sell it off. The new buyer said that he was going to do some “judicious logging” and then lease it back to a new camp group. What they got was so brutally deforested that no one
