I thought the exact same thing after watching it maybe the fifth time.. Ha. I just don’t see the original script saying “AIDA yells ‘no!’ as loud as she possibly can” either. I feel like that scene had a lot of improv, and if it did that’s even more impressive.

This article being about 3 shows, yet 99% of these comments being about AoS, should tell the creators everything they need to know.

She’s great at her stunt work. Second only to Caity Lotz on Legends/Arrow :P

I think her decision to save Mac was perfect, and helped her be relatable insomuch as we’re seeing her figure out who she is. She really just does want to be a real person and experience life and love.

I don’t know which scene was more amazing, the Fitzsimmons one without any words that literally brought me to tears, or seeing Mallory Jansen absolutely obliterate all other competition of previous villains in that scene where she lost it with Fitz. Both in acting and storytelling, she’s the best villain the MCU has

I’d be very interested to see the original script for this scene and to see where Mallory took it. I don’t imagine this is how the writers planned for her to react but damn if it wasn’t perfect.

I was absolutely blown away by this scene. Just happened to find it on YouTube before reading this article and I watched it probably 10 times. Not only is Mallory Jansen’s acting absolutely outstanding, but that combined with the very relatable and flawless story they’ve given AIDA this season.. I think AoS might have

I honestly can’t believe it had 2 million viewers. That’s more than Arrow.

He’s not coming back for good. And it looks like this episode will have nothing to do with anything, so im guessing you don’t have to catch up to enjoy it.

Kidnapped but i didn’t even think of that until your comment. Wish he was dead though, all this child drama and i still don’t give two shits about him. Terrible actor and terrible character.r

Always knew Arrow writers were lazy (and Felicity-obsessed.. could they have praised her any more in last nights episode???) but the mask just “washing up on shore” has got to be one of the laziest things I’ve ever seen.

I don’t think DD or JJ had a lot of filler. IF really didn’t have too much either IMO. So especially when you get these four characters together, with all their side characters included too, there is plenty enough material for 13 episodes.

I’m guessing it ends 1 of 2 ways. Raven goes up and finds a cure like you said, or they all do wind up in the bunker and between this season and next season there will be like a 5 year time jump. Which would honestly be awesome since most people forget all 4 seasons of the show have only been about 5-6 months

It’s definitely 8, which is dumb we need 13.

I wasn’t making a jab at you lol. Political affiliation shouldn’t matter, complaining because a white man was chosen to play a white comic book character is ridiculous no matter how conservative or liberal you are.

I thought the same thing, other than the first and last episode it was a very solid series. In fact, based on comments I read, I’d say well over 80% enjoyed it.

Because the new shows Marvel is making are crap. The original idea that a crossover would be exciting was always concerning Agents of Shield crossing over with the movies, or vice versa. Not the new Inhumans or Runaways shows that sound/look incredibly boring and that we know nothing about.

Except that the crossover most people have been asking for is Agents of Shield with the MCU, not any of these new and already crap-looking shows they’re making. If AoS get’s cancelled, i really could care less to see any crossovers.

It was only a quick throwaway line, but I remember because the writers kept hyping up Black Siren (before the episode aired) as this terrifying badass who was leading Zoom’s army and I remember thinking “THAT’S the kind of respect I’ve been waiting for Arrow to show Laurel for 4 years now”. They did lock her up
