clearly you didn’t watch seasons 3-4 where Laurel was the best thing about this show. not even saying that because she was awesome, but because the rest of the show was SO BAD.

I was hoping the same thing. But we should’ve known these writers would NEVER give Laurel such a badass storyline.

it’s 100% a flashback. we’ve literally known since laurel was killed that she’d be back in the first few episodes to “reveal what she said to oliver in the hospital”. The trailer a month or two back affirmed it and it’s been reaffirmed multiple times even since then that we’d learn in the first episode what she said

i’ve seen quite a few people that don’t agree (myself included). unless they go with the route that she made it herself, i’m not impressed. could have done a much better interpretation of it.

i personally loved her. but its just a fact that she was one of, if not the most, expensive cast member on set to pay. add to that the cgi they did to her face every episode and they probably cut their budget in half by getting rid of her.

i’m interested to see how they explain him growing his hair and beard out so much in one year. he looked like a caveman in the series premiere i don't see him getting back to that so quickly.

if anything Eleven is in the upside down and they'll be going there to rescue her. which id kind of love to see. she was the best part of an awesome first season

seeing him get her an ice cream cone was worth watching the entire season alone

i overall enjoyed the season. it DEFINITELY had it’s flaws and i wish james olsen would jump out of the highest window at CatCo, but i don’t regret taking the time to watch it. there a few really good episodes in there.

all of which was probably saved by not having calista flockhart back as a series regular...

That’s what I’ve always wondered- is it required that anything played at 9 be less edgy while the more graphic stuff has to be played at 10, or is that just kind of an unspoken expectation of tv shows nowadays.

i don’t hate her, her character was just boring. didn’t do much more than gaze at Thor (although can you blame her?)

supposedly they’re “completely re-inventing the show from the ground up” in ways like breaking the team up into smaller groups to focus on each week. sounds promising.

agreed, snyder definitely needs to move on. while i enjoyed the films they could definitely use some improvement, a lot of which could come from snyder leaving.

not yet, this is true!

I’m getting tired of DC movies getting destroyed by critics. MoS was good, BvS was no where near as bad as everyone makes it out to be, and although i haven’t seen SS yet EVERYONE i know thats seen it says it’s awesome.

Yes! I am hyped for Cadmus this season. Could be a nice parallel to ARGUS on Arrow- the “good guys” who have to be bad in order to save the planet.

she’s super meh to me. i’m still gonna miss OG vixen though, i actually enjoyed her in her episode of Arrow last year

clearly not, since they’re going to do their best to keep utilizing flashbacks beyond Season 5. Mericle or Guggie one was quoted saying they would do flashbacks of other characters like Curtis Holt.....literally NO ONE wants that.

i love the question and have always wanted him to appear on arrow, but i don’t know how he’d do with his own show.
