At 23 i obviously have no recollection of the bronco chase, though my mother and grandmother have told me they soaked up the chase and the trial. They had just moved to this country and OJ was an ummmm…shall we say, fascinating…introduction to American celebrity culture.

I think Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson would be the closest comparisons, in terms of athletes whose fame transcended sports. Maybe LeBron, or Tom Brady.

Both Zach and Grace got Alicia out of some pretty big jams, and it probably wasn't so easy on them being the kids of the disgraced state's attorney and dealing with Peter/Alicia's public facade/private turmoil. I know I'm in the vast vast minority, but I generally enjoyed their presence on screen.

I actually liked Hazel when 30 Rock first introduced her, because the show made it seem like she would be the straight character to juxtapose against everyone else's lunacy. Even years after the fact it's bizarre to think about how such a well written show could make such a misguided, poorly conceived mistake.
